Specialties in health and fitness  The girls run their own gym which is dedicated to the health and fitness of children as young as 6.

They also take part in the charlty and donations. Together with inmymind training the ladies are giving  classes to some of our referrals of children with weight management plans.

We are very lucky to have found such a service. Totally dedicated. We are hoping that our partnership will bring about plans being placed into residential care packages.

Jenny quoted

"Being fit can  reduce stress and anxiety, and improve your overall well-being. It can give children a positive self image. Which is vital to children's mental health.

Society is rife with negitive influences about body image.

Why are the food options for children so appalling"

Hospitals, children's care homes, and schools host some of the most unnutritional foods I've ever seen. Mental health and food go hand in hand.

I'm so passionate about that."

The way you make a child feel about themselves says alot about you.

"I never worry about children and their behaviours. Just redirect them. All you need is the confidence to redirect. "Just redirect them"
