Qualifications

• BA HONS Bachelor of arts, Degree in Social work.
• NVQ level 3 Children's and young People Residential 
• Level 4 Classroom training
• QCF 4 health and social care

Special interests

Maria has been dedicated to the safeguarding of children in care for over 25 years. She has worked assisting managers in some of the most challenging front lines. 

 She also has a vast amount of experience and knowledge dealing with PDA, Autism and ADHD. Maria has over 25 years experience working with children that represent behaviours that challenge. 

Maria has become very dedicated and strives to bring about positive ways to improve CLA paperwork.

• Foundation degree Children's Mental health level 6.
• QCF level 5 Children and young people residential management
• NVQ 3 children and young people
• Level 3 Children's emotional freedom.
• Level 2 Children's and young people challenging Behaviours.

Special interests

Being care experienced himself, Charles can give great insight into growing up in local authorities, children's homes, foster care and assessment units.  Charles has also worked with children for over 25 years. 

Charles also has helped improve anti social protocols with the West Midlands police. He has also dedicated himself to promoting children's independence. Charles has become an activist in helping promote Children's mental wellbeing.
